Pearl Couscous, also known as Toasted Couscous or Israeli Couscous, is a uniquely versatile pasta pearl that is toasted in a high heat open flame oven, giving it a characteristic nutty flavor and an outer shell that absorbs flavor without breaking down. It has increasingly become popular with chefs as an alternate to rice, as well in a large assortment of salads.

Available in original plain, turmeric or beetroot infused, orzo shaped, and organic.
